Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or book a service from NSA Cleaning LLC. They are written in plain English so you know what to expect from us and what we ask from you. If you have a question about any of them, call (518) 902‑1180 or email Nsacleaningllc@gmail.com before you book.

1. About these terms

NSA Cleaning LLC ("NSA Cleaning", "we", "us") is a cleaning company based at 321 25th St, Watervliet, NY 12189. We provide residential and commercial cleaning, deck and siding power washing, carpet cleaning and painting to homes and businesses from Albany, Troy and Schenectady up to Saratoga Springs and Lake George. By requesting a quote, booking a visit or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you sign a written service contract with us, that contract governs the job; these terms fill in anything the contract does not cover.

2. Services and quotes

  • Any price you see on this website, including the starting prices on our pricing page, is an estimate. It gives you a realistic starting point, not a final figure.
  • Your final price is confirmed after we learn the details of your home or business. For most jobs that means a short phone call or a walk-through, which is free and carries no obligation.
  • Once we agree on a price and scope, we put it in a written service contract. That contract is the final word on what is included, what is excluded and what it costs.
  • If you ask for extra work on the day of service, we will tell you the added cost before we begin, and we may need to schedule it for another visit.
  • Our service list is fixed: recurring, regular, deep and full deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnovers, post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, power washing, carpet cleaning and painting. Please ask if you are unsure whether we can help.

3. Scheduling and access

Residential visits are scheduled 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Commercial work can be scheduled 24/7, including evenings, overnights and weekends, so we can clean offices, clinics and restaurants when they are closed. We confirm each visit with you by phone or email.

To do the job well we ask that you:

  • Give us access. Be home, leave a key or lockbox code, or give us a door or alarm code before the visit. Tell us how you want keys and codes handled and we will follow your instructions. If you use an alarm, please make sure we have the right code before we arrive.
  • Keep utilities on. We need working electricity and running water, including hot water, to clean. For move-in, move-out and post-construction jobs, please make sure they are not shut off before our visit.
  • Provide safe working conditions. Our team may pause or stop a job if the property is unsafe, for example because of exposed wiring, biohazards, pest infestations, aggressive animals or threatening behavior. We will talk with you first whenever we can.
  • Clear the way. Picking up clothes, dishes and clutter before we arrive lets us spend our time cleaning. Heavy furniture and appliances are moved only if we agreed to it in the service contract.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Recurring residential cleaning starts at $160 for apartments and $195 for houses, depending on size, condition and how often we come. Every other service is quoted individually, and the quote is always free. See pricing for what affects the price.
  • Supplies and equipment are included. Travel is included in every plan, with no travel fees. We serve addresses within about one hour of Watervliet, from Albany to Lake George; see our service area.
  • Payment terms, accepted payment methods and due dates are stated in your service contract.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

We plan our routes and our team's day around your appointment, so we ask for notice when plans change.

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge. Call or email us; a text or voicemail is fine as long as it arrives in time.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a 30% fee based on the price of the scheduled visit.
  • If our team arrives and cannot get in, please call us right away so we can sort out access or reschedule.
  • If we have to cancel because of weather, illness or an emergency, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot. You are never charged for a visit we cancel.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. Our satisfaction guarantee is described in your service contract, and it works best when you tell us quickly. If something was missed or not cleaned to your expectation, contact us promptly, ideally the same day or the next, and we will come back and re-clean the area or otherwise resolve the issue. Please give us the chance to make it right before requesting any refund the contract provides for.

7. Damage and insurance

Our team is careful, but accidents can happen. If we damage something while working, we cover it. Smaller items are handled directly by us; larger claims are handled through our business insurance. To help us respond fairly:

  • Report any damage within a reasonable time, ideally within 24 hours of the visit, with a photo if you can.
  • We are not responsible for damage that existed before our visit, for normal wear, or for items that were already loose, cracked or improperly installed, such as loose fixtures, worn grout, peeling paint or unstable shelving.
  • Please put away or point out fragile, irreplaceable or high-value items, such as collectibles, artwork and heirlooms, before we start. We prefer not to handle them at all.
  • Please secure cash, jewelry and important documents before each visit.

8. Pets

We like pets, and friendly pets are welcome to be home while we clean. For everyone's comfort and safety, we prefer that pets stay in a crate or in a closed room during the visit, especially on the first cleaning. Tell us about your animals when we book so we can work out what suits your home. We may stop a visit if an animal is aggressive or if we cannot work safely.

9. Supplies

We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment unless you ask us to use your own. If you prefer specific products, or need pet- and family-friendly options, tell us at the walk-through and we will agree on what to use. If you supply your own products, you are responsible for their suitability for your surfaces.

10. Tips

Tips are never required and are never added to your invoice. If you would like to tip, please give cash directly to the cleaners who did the work.

11. Referral program

Refer a friend and get 50% off. The exact details, including which cleaning the discount applies to and when it is credited, are confirmed by us when you make the referral, and we may change or end the program at any time.

12. Our team

Work is performed by our in-house staff and by vetted subcontractors, all trained to NSA Cleaning standards and wearing our gray uniform. We are insured. If a subcontractor works in your home, we remain your point of contact and responsible for the job. Please direct questions, changes and concerns to us rather than to individual cleaners.

13. Website use

  • The content on this website, including our photos of real client projects, our logo and our text, belongs to NSA Cleaning LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
  • The quote form on this site is hosted by GoHighLevel and opens in a window on the page. What you send through it goes to GoHighLevel, where we read it and reply. Use it for genuine service requests only, not for spam, false information or automated submissions.
  • We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. Prices and services may change without notice; your service contract always controls.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent New York law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a service or to this website is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question, except for damage we cause that is covered under section 7 or claims that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, lost rental bookings or missed appointments. Nothing in these terms limits liability for our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15. Governing law

These terms and every service we provide are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Albany County, New York, unless your service contract says otherwise. We would always prefer to resolve concerns with a phone call first.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we adjust our cancellation policy or referral program. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Changes do not affect a service contract you have already signed unless we agree to them in writing.
