What's included
What a recurring cleaning visit covers
This is the standard checklist. At the walk-through we add your priorities: the mudroom, the playroom, the inside of the microwave. The plan fits your home, not a template.
Kitchen
Counters, backsplash, sink and faucet, stovetop, outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave, cabinet fronts, table and chairs. Floor swept and mopped, trash out.
Bathrooms
Toilets, tubs, showers and glass doors scrubbed and sanitized. Sinks, counters and mirrors cleaned, fixtures polished, floors mopped, towels straightened, trash out.
Bedrooms and living areas
Dusting of furniture, shelves, sills, blinds and reachable decor. Beds made (sheets changed if left out). Carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors swept and mopped. Mirrors and glass tables wiped.
Every visit, everywhere
Light switches, door handles and high-touch spots wiped. Cobwebs removed. Baseboards and vents dusted.

Recurring cleaning only works well when it fits your routine. So we don't sell a fixed package. We look at your home first.
Walk-through first
We visit, walk each room with you and note what matters most: pets, allergies, products you prefer, rooms to skip. You get your exact price on the spot or shortly after by phone or email.
Same team where possible
We do our best to send the same cleaners every visit so they know your home and you know them. Gray uniforms, insured, trained to NSA standards.
Supplies included, pet-friendly on request
We bring products and equipment. If you'd rather we use yours, or want pet- and family-friendly options, we agree it at the walk-through.
Pricing and policies
What recurring house cleaning costs in the Albany area
Recurring residential cleaning starts at $160 per visit for apartments and $195 for houses. Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, pets and how often we come all affect the final number. Skip or move a visit with 24 hours' notice at no charge; less than that is a 30% fee. Refer a friend and get 50% off. Ask us for details.

Should I book a deep clean before starting a recurring plan?
Usually, yes. A first deep clean takes care of grout, baseboards and the inside of appliances. After that the weekly or bi-weekly visits only have to maintain it. We'll tell you honestly at the walk-through if your home doesn't need one.
Will the same cleaners come every time?
We do our best to send the same team to your home on every visit. If someone is out, another cleaner trained to the same NSA standards steps in with your checklist.
Do I tip the cleaners?
Tips are not required. If you'd like to leave one, please give it in cash directly to the cleaners.
