We visit the site and note floor types, restrooms, high-touch surfaces, access instructions and any protocol your facility requires.

Our uniformed team cleans on the agreed schedule, nightly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. If anything needs adjusting, you have a direct line to us.
Pricing
Every facility is different, so commercial work is priced after the walk-through. We look at square footage, number of restrooms, floor types and how often we come. The price goes into your service contract, with supplies, equipment and travel included. Need to cancel a visit? Give us 24 hours' notice; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 30% fee.

Both work. Recurring contracts (nightly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) get a fixed schedule and a set price. One-time cleanings before an opening, after an event or ahead of an inspection are quoted the same way, after a walk-through.
Yes. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless you prefer that we use your products. If your facility requires a specific disinfectant or protocol, we agree on it during the walk-through and write it into the scope.
Yes, NSA Cleaning LLC is insured. If something is damaged during a cleaning, we cover it; larger items are covered by our insurance. Our staff wear gray NSA uniforms and are trained to NSA standards.
