Carpet and upholstery cleaning is priced per job: rooms or pieces, square footage, how soiled the carpet is, and any stain or odor treatment. Send the room count and we reply with a free quote by phone or email. Travel is included within about an hour of Watervliet. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; less than that carries a 30% fee.

How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually the same day. Thick carpet, basements and humid days can push it to overnight. Fans, open windows or the AC speed it up, and you can walk on it in clean socks meanwhile.
Can you get out pet stains and odors?
Most of them, yes. We spot-treat the stain and treat the odor at the source. Old accidents that soaked into the padding may lighten rather than disappear. We'll tell you straight at the walk-through.
Do I need to move furniture first?
