What's included
Drywall and sawdust settle on top of door frames, inside cabinet boxes, in HVAC registers and on light fixtures, and it keeps falling for days. We work top to bottom, room by room.
Ceilings, walls, trim, door frames, baseboards, window sills, shelves and countertops. We vacuum them first, then damp-wipe, so the dust is gone and not just moved.
HVAC registers and return grilles, ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlet and switch covers, cabinet pulls, faucets and door hardware.
New kitchen and bathroom cabinets are cleaned inside and out, including shelves and drawers, before anything goes in. Closets and built-ins too.
Interior glass, frames, sills and tracks cleaned; manufacturer stickers and labels removed from windows, appliances and fixtures.
Paint splatter, drywall mud, tape residue and adhesive come off floors, glass, tile and hardware. We use the right product for each surface.
Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors; scrub tubs, showers, toilets and sinks; wipe down appliances inside and out; take out construction debris bags and packaging.

Book one phase or both. We set it up during the walk-through with you or your contractor.
Phase 1 · Before the finish work
After drywall, paint and flooring are in but before fixtures and trades are done. Gets the bulk of the dust and debris out so the finish work happens in a clean space.
Phase 2 · Move-in ready
After the last trade leaves. Every detail from the checklist above, so the homeowner, tenant or client walks into a finished space with no dust film and no fingerprints.

After the last trade has finished and all fixtures, appliances and trim are in. If painters or flooring installers are still coming back, book the rough clean now and the final clean once they're done. Otherwise the dust comes back.
We bag and remove packaging, small scraps, stickers and the dust and debris left behind. Large demolition waste, pallets and dumpster hauling stay with the contractor.
Yes. Commercial cleaning is available 24/7, so a final clean can happen overnight before a store, office or clinic opens. Residential jobs are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Schedules slip. Just give us 24 hours' notice to move a visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 30% fee.
