Vacuum and mop every room, dust furniture, wipe door handles, light switches and remotes, and check under beds and sofas for anything left behind.

If something is damaged, stained or left behind, or a supply is running out, we let you know before the next guest arrives.

Do you supply the linens and toiletries?
No. Hosts supply linens, towels and guest toiletries, and we restock them from your supply closet. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment, and we tell you when stock is running low.
What if a guest checks out late or a booking changes?
Message us as soon as you know and we'll shift the visit. We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 30% fee.
Can you turn the unit over between check-out and check-in?
Yes, when it's on the schedule. Residential crews work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which covers a normal check-out-to-check-in gap. Book holiday weekends early.
What happens if a guest damaged something?
We let you know right away so you can file a claim while the details are fresh. If we ever damage something ourselves, we cover it; larger items are covered by our insurance.
