Counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances and cabinet fronts wiped down. Floors swept and mopped. Trash out.
Bathrooms
Toilets, tubs, showers, sinks and mirrors scrubbed and sanitized. Fixtures polished, floors cleaned.
Floors and dusting
Vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop hard floors. Dust furniture, shelves, sills and reachable surfaces in every room.
Supplies included
We bring our own products and equipment unless you prefer we use yours. Pet- and family-friendly options are agreed at the walk-through.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us a key, a garage code or a lockbox after the walk-through. If you would rather be home, that's fine too. We work around you.
Are pets okay during a cleaning?
Yes. We prefer pets in a crate or a closed room while we work, but friendly pets are fine. We work it out with each client. Pet-friendly products can be agreed at the walk-through.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We provide all supplies and equipment unless you ask us to use yours, for example a product you prefer for hardwood floors or stone counters.
What if something gets damaged?
If we damage something, we cover it. Larger items are covered by our insurance. Tell us right away and we'll sort it out.
